This Privacy Policy explains how HomeSpirit ("HomeSpirit", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the HomeSpirit iOS application.

Summary
HomeSpirit is designed to work primarily on your device. The App helps you organize household cleaning tasks, choose rooms, track task completion, receive optional local reminders, personalize a home spirit, and unlock premium features.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising. We do not use App Tracking Transparency tracking. We do not require an account or login.
Information stored in the App
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Your home spirit name.
- Selected rooms and household setup choices, such as adults count, whether children are present, whether pets are present, and your selected last-cleaning baseline.
- Cleaning task data, including task names, room types, categories, frequency, duration, last completion dates, disabled tasks, and total completed tasks.
- App preferences, including selected spirit skin, language, theme/accent settings, notification settings, notification time, and whether onboarding or prompts were shown.
- In-app rating prompt state, such as a rating you choose inside the App before an App Store review prompt is requested.
This local app data is used to provide the App's core functionality, including task suggestions, home health calculations, spirit mood, reminders, personalization, and premium UI behavior. This data is not sent to our own server.
Purchases and premium access
HomeSpirit uses Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage premium access, subscriptions, purchase restoration, offerings, and entitlement status.
When you buy, restore, or check premium access, Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase and technical information, including App Store receipt information, product identifiers, transaction status, device/app technical information, and RevenueCat customer identifiers. We do not receive your payment card number. Payment processing is handled by Apple.

Notifications
If you enable reminders, HomeSpirit asks iOS for notification permission and schedules local daily notifications on your device. Notifications may include your spirit name and the number of overdue tasks.
You can disable notifications in the App settings or in iOS Settings. If notifications are disabled, pending HomeSpirit reminders are cancelled.
HomeSpirit does not use a server to send marketing push notifications.
App Store ratings and reviews
HomeSpirit may ask whether you like the App after you have completed tasks. If you choose a high rating, HomeSpirit may use Apple's official StoreKit review prompt. Apple processes App Store ratings and reviews under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
Support communications
If you contact us by email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, and diagnostic details. We use this information only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve the App, and meet legal obligations.
Information we do not collect
Based on the current App implementation, HomeSpirit does not request or collect:
- Precise location.
- Contacts.
- Photos or videos.
- Camera access.
- Microphone access.
- Health data.
- Advertising identifiers for tracking.
- Social login credentials.
If future versions add any of these features, we will update this Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures before or when those changes are released.
How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide App features, including onboarding, task planning, room checklists, timer screens, completion screens, spirit mood, and home health calculations.
- To save your preferences and progress locally.
- To schedule optional local reminders.
- To provide premium access, purchase restoration, and subscription status through Apple and RevenueCat.
- To respond to support requests.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, debug issues, and comply with applicable laws and App Store requirements.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or make information available only in the following limited cases:
- With Apple, when you use App Store services, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, ratings, reviews, or device notification permissions.
- With RevenueCat, for purchase management, subscription status, entitlement validation, and restore purchases.
- With service providers that help us operate support or legal compliance, if applicable.
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- With your consent.
Third-party providers are expected to protect user data consistently with applicable law and their own privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete the App, reset App data if such an option is available, or change/delete the relevant information inside the App.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and service retention requirements.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
To request deletion of data that we can access, contact us at pronko.im@gmail.com. Some data, such as App Store purchase history, may need to be managed through Apple.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal information.
You can:
- Delete the App to remove local app data from your device.
- Disable notifications in the App or iOS Settings.
- Manage subscriptions and purchase history through your Apple ID settings.
- Contact us at pronko.im@gmail.com to request assistance with data we can access.
California residents: we do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland users: where applicable, we process data to perform the app service you request, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as security, support, and product improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Children
HomeSpirit is a household organization app and is not directed to children under 13. The App may let an adult indicate that children live in the household so the App can adapt task suggestions. That setting is household context and is not intended to create a child profile or collect child personal information.

International transfers
Apple, RevenueCat, and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers are handled under appropriate legal safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App's scope. Local app data is stored on your device using iOS app storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The "Effective date" above shows when this version became effective. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate, such as through the App or App Store listing.
