Privacy Policy — Voidwing

This Privacy Policy explains how Ihar Pronka ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Voidwing ("the Game"). By installing or using the Game you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

You do NOT create an account and we do NOT ask for your name, email or phone number.

a) Information you provide

Pilot name — an optional nickname you can set for the global leaderboard. Don't enter personal information here; it is publicly visible.

b) Information collected automatically

Anonymous user ID — a random identifier created by Firebase Authentication so your progress can be saved to the cloud and tied to a leaderboard row. It is not linked to your real identity.
Game progress — high score, coins, unlocked ships, upgrades, settings. Stored on your device and synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Advertising data — when ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad-interaction data.
Diagnostics & usage — device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region (derived from IP) and crash/performance data, via Google services.
Push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver notifications (only if you allow notifications).

We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.

3. How we use information

Run, save and synchronise your game progress across devices.
Operate the global leaderboard.
Show advertising (including rewarded ads you choose to watch) and verify rewarded-ad completion.
Send optional reminders and announcements (push notifications).
Measure performance, fix crashes and improve the Game.

4. Third-party services

The Game uses the following providers, which process data under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy and support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Google Firebase — Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and (if enabled) in-app purchases.

5. Advertising & consent

We show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region we ask for consent using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP):

EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): you are asked to consent to personalised ads. You can decline and still play; you may receive non-personalised ads.
You can reset ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Ads → reset/limit advertising ID; iOS: App Tracking Transparency and Limit Ad Tracking).
California (CCPA/CPRA): sharing data for personalised ads may be considered a "sale/share." You may opt out via the consent choices and your device's ad settings.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We configure ads with a non-child-directed setting and a maximum content rating of PG. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact oknorpcorp@gmail.com and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

On-device data remains until you uninstall the app or use Reset Progress in Settings.
Cloud-synced data (anonymous ID, progress, leaderboard row) is kept while the Game is active. To request deletion, contact oknorpcorp@gmail.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and others) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact oknorpcorp@gmail.com. You can also delete most data yourself with Reset Progress.

9. Data security & international transfers

We rely on Google's infrastructure, which applies industry-standard security. Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where required, surfaced in the Game.
