This Privacy Policy explains how the Ghost Hotel: Logic Rooms mobile application (the “App”) processes information. It applies worldwide; additional rights may apply where you live.
1. Information we process
Gameplay stored on your device. The App stores completed rooms, unlocked levels, stars, keys, hints, hearts, assignments, daily and event progress, achievements, settings, language, and an unfinished level. The App does not provide a Ghost Hotel account or cloud save, and this progress is not uploaded to us.
Optional product analytics. Firebase Analytics is disabled by default. If you expressly allow analytics, the App sends gameplay events such as tutorial progress, level starts and results, mistakes, hints, achievements, virtual-currency changes, rewarded-ad outcomes, and sharing actions. Firebase may also process an app-instance identifier, app and device information, session information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP. Analytics events do not intentionally contain your name, email, contacts, precise location, message contents, or shared screenshots.
Our Firebase Analytics integration is for product measurement only. On iOS it is built without advertising-identifier support; advertising storage, ad-user-data, ad-personalization signals, and Analytics registration with ad networks are disabled.
Advertising. Optional rewarded ads are provided by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, choices and device permission, Google and its advertising partners may process an advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad requests, impressions, interactions, and fraud-prevention signals. You can play without watching rewarded ads.
Sharing. If you choose to share a hotel or Daily Challenge card, the App creates an image and text and opens the system share sheet. The recipient and the service you select process that content under their own policies.
Device features. The App plays audio and may use vibration when enabled. It does not use the microphone to record you and does not request contacts or precise location.
2. Why we process information
Local gameplay data is processed to provide the game and save progress. With your consent, analytics help us understand stability, tutorial completion, level difficulty, feature use, and retention. Advertising data is processed to deliver and measure optional rewarded ads, prevent fraud, and, only where permitted by your choices and law, personalize advertising. Sharing is performed at your request. We do not use the App for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, consent is the legal basis for Firebase Analytics and for personalized advertising or device storage where consent is required. Limited operational processing for contextual ads, security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests where permitted by law.
3. Your analytics choice
The App does not send gameplay analytics events before you choose Allow analytics. This choice is separate from advertising consent and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. You can allow or withdraw analytics at any time in Settings → Privacy → Analytics choices. Turning analytics off stops future collection and resets the local Firebase Analytics identifier. Withdrawal does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. Advertising consent and ATT
Before the App initializes Google Mobile Ads or loads an ad, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks the consent requirements for your region and shows a form when required. Ads may then be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable according to the resulting choices and configuration. If consent cannot be resolved on a first launch, the App does not request an ad.
On iOS, the App may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt after the applicable UMP flow and before Google Mobile Ads is initialized. If you decline ATT, the advertising SDK cannot access the IDFA. Declining UMP consent or ATT does not block gameplay, remove existing progress, prevent earned rewards, or require payment. Where available, you can revisit advertising choices in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. You can also change ATT later in iOS Settings.
5. Service providers and transfers
Google provides Firebase Analytics, UMP, and Google Mobile Ads. A sharing app receives content only when you select it. Providers may process information outside your country using their applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.
6. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you use Reset progress, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Analytics event-level user data is retained in Firebase for no longer than the retention period configured for the property, up to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain after identifiers are removed. Advertising providers retain data under their policies and configuration. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend claims.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may object to certain processing. You may also have rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable US state law. We do not sell your locally stored gameplay progress.
Send requests to pronka.im@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify and handle a request. You may complain to your local data-protection authority; in Poland this is the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly ask children for names, email addresses, contacts, or precise location. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the App, its providers, or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
