Privacy Policy — BloomVibe

This Privacy Policy explains how BloomVibe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the BloomVibe mobile app (Android package: com.oknorp.online.vibevoyageai).

1. Who Controls Your Data

2. Data We Process

We process the following categories of data.

A. App input and AI-related data

When you use the core experience, we process the text parameters you choose in-app, such as:

• selected mood and goal
• daily context and progress data (for example, check-ins by date, selected strategy direction, completed activity metadata)
• selected context (for example, location type and time budget at task execution stage)
• selected app language
• generated task and plan content used to request next steps

These text parameters are sent to our backend (Firebase Functions) and then to OpenAI to generate suggestions and plans. We may include recent historical context (recent check-ins, selected goals, and completed activities) to improve continuity and personalization over multiple days.

Important: BloomVibe does not transmit voice recordings to GPT/OpenAI.

B. Authentication and backend request data

To protect backend endpoints, the app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This means Firebase processes a pseudonymous user identifier and request metadata required to serve authenticated function calls.

C. Advertising data (Google AdMob)

When ads are shown, AdMob may process data including:

• advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID)
• device/app metadata (model, OS, app version, language)
• IP-based approximate location
• ad event data (impressions, clicks, diagnostics)

D. Analytics data (Firebase Analytics)

If analytics is enabled by your choice, we process event data such as:

• app opens, screen/flow events, feature interaction events
• app/device metadata needed for aggregate reporting

E. Purchases and subscription data (RevenueCat / Store)

For in-app purchases, RevenueCat and your app store process subscription and transaction-related data to validate entitlements and restore purchases.

F. Local device data

We store some data locally on your device (for example history, language preference, reminder state, coin balance, and privacy choices).

G. Cloud database records (Firebase Firestore)

For signed-in users (including anonymous Firebase Auth users), we store app data in Firestore, including:

• daily check-ins
• generated daily plans and task slots
• completed task history and progress counters
• derived insight metrics (for example streak and completion rates)

This cloud storage is used to keep your progress consistent and provide longitudinal insights.

3. Why We Process Data

We use data to:

• provide app functionality (generate suggestions/plans)
• provide and measure advertising
• run optional analytics (if enabled)
• process subscriptions and coin purchases
• keep the app secure and prevent abuse
• comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases (EU/EEA and UK)

Depending on the purpose, we rely on:

• Contract / service delivery: core app functions you request
• Consent: ad personalization and analytics where required
• Legitimate interests: service security, fraud prevention, debugging, service reliability
• Legal obligation: when required by law

You can change privacy choices in app Settings at any time.

5. Consent and Privacy Controls

BloomVibe provides controls for:

• personalized vs non-personalized ads
• analytics on/off

Where required, consent is requested before relevant processing. You can later change choices in Settings.

6. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data.

We share data with service providers only as needed:

• Google AdMob (ads)
• Firebase Analytics (analytics)
• Firebase Auth / Firebase Functions (authentication and backend processing)
• OpenAI (AI generation through backend)
• RevenueCat (subscription/in-app purchase infrastructure)
• platform stores/payment providers (Google Play / Apple, where applicable)

Each provider may process data under its own terms and privacy documentation.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected using applicable safeguards (for example, contractual safeguards required by law).

8. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

• local app data: until you clear app data, reinstall, or request deletion (where applicable)
• Firestore progress/context data: until deleted by you in-app, by request, or by our retention controls
• analytics/ads/provider logs: according to provider retention policies
• security and legal records: as needed for compliance and dispute handling

9. Children and Age Limits

BloomVibe is not intended for children under 13 (or higher minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

• access to personal data
• correction
• deletion
• restriction or objection to certain processing
• withdrawal of consent (for consent-based processing)
• portability (where applicable)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (or the UK ICO).

11. US State Privacy Notices

If US state privacy laws apply to you and to our processing (for example, California and certain other states), you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising activities, subject to legal exceptions.

You can manage ad personalization and analytics from in-app Settings, and contact us for formal requests.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.

13. Data Deletion Requests

You can delete data using in-app Settings controls:

• clear local app data
• trigger backend data deletion for your app profile (Firestore progress/context/history)

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
