Terms of Service — BloomVibe

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BloomVibe mobile application (“App”, Android package: com.oknorp.online.vibevoyageai) provided by Ihar Pronka (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using BloomVibe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use BloomVibe.

2. Nature of the Service

BloomVibe provides AI-assisted creative prompts, planning suggestions, and related wellness-style experiences for entertainment and self-reflection.

BloomVibe is not a medical, psychiatric, or emergency service.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

Some features use AI-generated output. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your context.
You are responsible for your decisions and actions based on App content.

Do not rely on BloomVibe for medical diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or legal/financial advice.

4. Account and Access

BloomVibe uses authenticated backend access (including anonymous Firebase authentication) to provide features and protect services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device/account and for activity performed under your session.

5. Subscriptions, Coins, and Purchases

BloomVibe may offer:

• recurring subscriptions;
• consumable coin packs;
• rewarded ad-based coin grants.

Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are handled by your app store and payment providers under their rules and terms.
We do not control store-level payment processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or backend;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of BloomVibe.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using BloomVibe at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal/security reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law.

Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the controller’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your location provides otherwise.
