FeelTrack is designed to work primarily as an offline mood tracker. Most mood logs, tags, notes, language choices, and theme preferences are stored only on your device unless you choose to use features that rely on third-party services, such as advertising or optional purchases.
- Your mood entries, notes, tags, selected language, theme preference, and other app settings are stored locally on your device.
- The core version of the app does not require account creation, login, or cloud sync.
Advertising
- If ads are enabled, the app may request banner advertisements from Google AdMob.
- Ad delivery may involve device identifiers, app diagnostics, approximate region, consent status, and limited technical metadata as permitted by the platform and applicable law.
- If your region requires privacy choices for advertising, the app may show a consent flow before personalized ads are requested.
Optional Purchases
- If you choose to make an optional one-time support purchase, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchase status may be managed through RevenueCat.
- We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase status information, entitlement state, transaction identifiers, and app user identifiers needed to unlock or restore paid features.
Analytics
- If analytics are available in your version of the app, they are intended to be limited to app quality, crash reporting, and basic feature usage information.
- Where analytics are optional, you can manage that preference in the app settings.
Your Choices and Controls
- You can delete all locally stored mood data at any time from the settings screen.
- You can also change language, theme, and ad-related preferences from within the app.
- If your device platform allows it, you can manage notification permissions and some ad privacy choices in system settings.
Legal Basis and Your Rights
- Where GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, local mood storage is processed as part of the service you requested, while advertising, optional analytics, and purchase-related processing may rely on consent, contract performance, or other lawful bases depending on the feature used.
- Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability in relation to personal data processed by connected third-party services.
Children
- The app is not directed to children under the age required by local law to consent to personalized advertising, purchases, or other data processing.
Data Deletion
- FeelTrack stores core mood data locally on your device.
- You can delete all locally stored mood entries, notes, and related app data at any time from
Settings -> Clear Data.
- You can also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app, subject to your device operating system and backup settings.
- If you make an optional purchase, limited transaction or entitlement records may be retained by Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat under their own legal and operational retention requirements.
- If you have a question about third-party purchase, advertising, or platform-held data, please contact the relevant provider or use the privacy controls available through your device or app marketplace account.
Data Retention
- Locally stored mood data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or remove the app.
- Third-party services such as ad providers, app stores, and RevenueCat may retain limited technical or transaction-related data under their own retention practices and legal obligations.
- Before release, replace this placeholder with a real support contact email in both the policy text and the store listing.
