These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FeelTrack. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms for the version distributed through the relevant app store.
Purpose of the App
- FeelTrack is a personal mood tracking and reflection app intended to help you record moods, notes, and trends.
- The app is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or crisis support.
- Charts, summaries, insights, and reminders are informational only.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you enter into the app and for keeping your device secure.
- If you are in crisis, believe you may harm yourself or others, or need urgent support, do not rely on the app and seek emergency or professional help immediately.
Local Data and Availability
- Most app data is stored locally on your device. That data may be lost if you delete the app, clear app storage, reset your device, or lose access to it.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature, including ads, notifications, or optional paid functionality.
Ads and Optional Paid Features
- The free version of the app may display banners or other ad placements.
- The app may also offer a one-time support purchase or similar paid feature. Billing, pricing, taxes, renewability, refunds, and transaction rules are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
- Purchase verification or entitlement management may use RevenueCat together with the relevant app store billing system.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use the app unlawfully, interfere with advertising or billing systems, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the app where prohibited, or distribute modified store builds without authorization.
Intellectual Property
- The app, its design, branding, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying code, assets, or branding to you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the extent allowed by law, the publisher disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
