These Terms of Use govern your use of the HydroTally mobile application and its widget.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to these Terms, Ihar Pronka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HydroTally for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s platform rules.
If you distribute the app through the Apple App Store, Apple’s own platform terms and standard end user license terms may also apply where required. See Apple legal and support terms.
HydroTally is a hydration tracking utility. The app allows you to:
HydroTally is provided for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.
You are solely responsible for how you use the app and any decisions you make based on the information displayed in it.
You agree that you will not:
Ihar Pronka or any third partyYou are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into the app.
HydroTally may offer a one-time paid premium upgrade to remove banner ads.
If supported by your purchase history and platform account, you may restore eligible purchases through the app.
Refund requests are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s rules and processes.
If you do not purchase premium, HydroTally may display banner ads supplied by Google AdMob.
Ihar Pronka may:

Your use of HydroTally is also governed by the Privacy Policy in privacy.md.
HydroTally, including its design, code, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Ihar Pronka and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the app except as expressly allowed by law or with prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroTally is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Ihar Pronka does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ihar Pronka will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of HydroTally.
If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict of laws principles, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies instead.
