These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pronka Ihar ("we", "us") governing your use of the AI Gossip Machine mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Before creating content, the App presents the current Terms and community rules and requires an explicit acceptance. A materially updated version may require a new acceptance.
AI Gossip Machine is an entertainment app. You enter a short sentence and the App uses automated generation (including AI) to produce a fictional, comedic chain of exaggerated retellings ending in a tabloid-style headline, plus playful "scores" (Drama, Funny, Believability, Chaos).
All output is fictional and for entertainment only. Scores, "Breaking News" labels, headlines and characters are invented and must not be understood as facts, news, or statements about any real person or entity.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country; 16 in parts of the EEA) to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the App to create, publish, or share content that:
The App applies automated content-safety filters and will convert or reject input that appears to reference real individuals or restricted content, but you remain responsible for what you submit. Keep it fictional — use imaginary names and characters.
The App, its design, branding, characters, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights stated here, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App except as permitted by law.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (backend), Google AdMob (ads), and, when enabled, OpenAI (AI generation). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Before the first OpenAI-powered generation, the App discloses the data shared with Firebase and OpenAI and asks for permission. The permission can be revoked in Profile and is separate from advertising consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed [AMOUNT, e.g. USD 50] or the amount you paid us for the App (which is typically zero), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or share, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Poland, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
